Shipping & Returns
Domestic Shipping
When available, all shipments will be sent using recycled or reused boxes and packaging materials to minimize environmental impact and keep our shipping costs low. Our shipping preference is the United States Postal Service (USPS), which provides award-winning environmentally friendly shipping materials. We are now offering a choice of first class mail at varying rates (based on weight) or a $5 flat rate for Priority Mail. In some cases, Priority Mail is less expensive than Parcel Post, and is more easily trackable. In those cases, I may opt to upgrade packages to Priority Mail. If you do not want your package to be upgraded please make a note in the notes section at checkout.
International Shipping
EC Wear ships international orders via United States Postal Service. Shipping rates will be calculated in the shopping cart based on weight of your items and your postal (zip) code. If you wish to have a different shipping option, please contact us with your complete mailing address and the items you would like to order for estimated rates.
Returns
EC Wear wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied or need to return an item, email or call customer service at 718-535-7824 during business hours 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday, EST, within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Returned merchandise must be shipped back to EC Wear within 14 days of original customer delivery date. All items must be unused and unwashed. The customer is responsible for return postage and original shipping charges cannot be refunded except if merchandise is deemed to be defective. In the case of a defective product, we will gladly repair or replace the product at our discretion. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims in case your shipment is lost in transit.
