Payment
EC Wear accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or via Paypal. Because of technical limitations, Paypal can only be used if you have or create a Paypal account. Transactions are processed in US dollars. Credit cards are processed through ProPay.
Product Availability
We do our very best to maintain accurate inventory levels, but occasional technical problems may occur. in the event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, you will be notified within two business days and a refund will be issued or an alternate item will be delivered if you opt for a substitution.
Domestic Shipping
When available, all shipments will be sent using recycled or reused boxes and packaging materials to minimize environmental impact and keep our shipping costs low. Our shipping preference is the United States Postal Service (USPS), which provides award-winning environmentally friendly shipping materials. Packages will be shipped via Parcel Post or Priority Mail at the customer's preference, unless requested otherwise. We charge actual shipping plus a nominal fee for packing supplies.
International Shipping
EC Wear ships international orders via United States Postal Service. If you wish to have a different shipping option, please contact us for rates, and we will charge actual shipping.

Returns
EC
Wear wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied or need to return an item, email or call customer service at 718-535-7824 during business hours 9 am to
5 pm Monday through Friday, EST, within 7 days of receiving merchandise.
Returned merchandise must be shipped back to EC Wear within
14 days of original customer delivery date. All items must be unused and unwashed.
The customer is responsible for return postage and original shipping
charges cannot be refunded except if merchandise is deemed to be
defective. In
the case of a defective product, we will gladly repair or replace the
product at our discretion. Please keep proof of postage to facilitate claims in case your shipment is lost in transit.
Privacy Policy
EC Wear LLC respects your privacy and will never rent, sell, or trade any of your personal information. We will not disclose your information unless necessary to process and ship your order (for example, to the credit card processing company or the Postal Service). We may choose to periodically send you emails about our products or promotions that we believe may be of interest to you. Those emails will contain instructions to remove yourself from our mailing list if you do not wish to hear from us.
Custom Orders
EC Wear works with a number of talented seamstresses who work out of their own homes to provide the inventory in our online store. In some cases, we may be able to facilitate a custom order for you on these products. Contact us with any inquiries.
