They use a knitter right here in the USA to custom knit the hemp textile to their specifications. You will find this hemp is thicker, softer, and holds-up better than any other on the market. is simple. Stack the Hemp Insert with the Duo Insert that came with your diaper on top of one another. Stuff the sleeve of the diaper with the microfiber terry portion on top. This combination is very absorbent yet pretty trim fitting and is perfect for an overnight solution. diapers, tuck the insert into your Thirsties Diaper Cover or Duo Wrap. Wrap and fasten your fitted diaper around baby first and then add the insert and cover.

Please note...Thirsties Hemp Inserts need to be washed and dried at least 3x before use to rid the fibers of the natural oils. Inserts will be fully primed and at their maximum absorbency after 8 wash cycles.
